Hand crafted in regional Victoria Australia, RoEnArt ("Ro is in the mood for art" in French), was born from a love of art, fashion and nature by artist and designer Rohani Le Rossignol. 

Rohani is inspired by the wonders of the plant and animal kingdom, the wild life around us and the conservation of the beautiful creatures we share our world with. Garments she creates for RoEnArt are made from delightfully quirky fabric that has either been hand printed, digitally created using her own unique illustrations, or from limited runs of beautiful dead stock/vintage fabric. 

Recently Rohani has been concentrating more on her own digital textile ranges based directly on her quirky and endearing hand painted art. She has been busy working on colourful, sketchy bird illustrations which she turns into beautiful pieces of wearable art that she hopes will be cherished and adored forever.

Rohani's favourite painting mediums are oils and watercolours. When time permits, she loves still life painting in oils to portray the beauty of flora and fauna through the use of colour, pattern and light. 
Rohani lives on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula with her husband, two children, fluffy canine fur baby and plenty of plants. In her free time she enjoys gardening - especially home grown veggies, bird watching and going for long walks on the beach.
